S/4HANA Central Finance Implementation | Global Mapping Lead (Pharma)

  • The Scale: 65 countries, 11 source ECC systems, 236 Company Codes.

  • The Impact: Led the mapping execution for master data between fragmented legacy systems and a new harmonized S/4HANA structure. Managed EMEA communication from Prague, ensuring a seamless cutover for concept countries.

S/4HANA 1610 Conversion – Full journey from planning to hyper-care (Semi-public).

  • Part of small team to execute the entirety of the process

  • Focus on technological lift with only adapting processes where strictly needed.

  • The Mission: Expanding the global footprint and introducing automated testing.

  • The Impact: Implemented new Company Codes within an Agile Release Train (ART) and pioneered the first steps of automated testing using LeapWorks in an ECC environment.

  • Global RFP Process – Finance Track Lead: Scoping and estimating S/4HANA for a global FMCG bid.

  • Interface Modernization: Redesigned aging file-based interfaces into a modern custom web service framework, ensuring robust data feeding for new systems.

  • Profit Center Reorganization: Full design and implementation of a new structure for a global enzyme manufacturer.

  • Process Optimization: Clean-up and P2P (Purchase-to-Pay) optimization for a Danish TSO in an S/4HANA environment.

  • Business partner CVI conversion: Scoping, detailing and executing a CVI conversion readying three different systems for S/4HANA. 

  • HANA and Linux conversion: Modernizing the underlying technology mainly focusing on identifying and helping resolve issues arrising form the new technology.
